This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the solicitation; Quotes are being requested. Solicitation No. W15QKN-25-R-A008is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 This is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS 541310 with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00.In accordance with FAR 37.104-(a) Personal Service Contracts, the subsequent purchase order is not considered to be a personal service. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for interior modernization and upgrades of the Project Lead Joint Services (PL JS) office space located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The Government intends to award without discussion (see FAR 52.215-1). Proposals that do not contain the information requested in the solicitation risk being determined Unacceptable by the Government. The Government will not assume the Offeror possesses any capability, understanding, or commitment not specified in the proposal. ------------ Submission Instructions: Electronic copies of each volume shall be submitted through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite at https://piee.eb.mil/ . It is the responsibility of the Offeror to confirm receipt of proposals. All proposals received after the exact time specified for receipt shall be treated as late submissions and will not be considered except under facts and circumstances allowed by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
