GRSM HOUSING MATTRESS REPLACEMENT

The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for Supply and Delivery to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park seasonal/shared/temporary housing units. The need to remove and replace mattresses, this consist of removing the old twin(XL), full size, and queen size mattress sets and replacing them with new twin (XL) and standard full size mattress sets. Notice: 100% Set-Aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, In Accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications. The NAICS code 337910 Mattress Manufacturing the standard in number of employees 1,000. To Addition: NAICS Code 337125 Household Furniture (except Wood and Metal) Manufacturing (WOSB); 337121 Upholstered Household Furniture Manufacturing .This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Supply: The need to remove and replace mattresses, this consist of removing the old twin(XL), full size, and queen size mattress sets and replacing them with new twin (XL) and standard full size mattress sets. This will include the removal of the old mattress sets from the respective housing units, it will include loading the old mattress sets into the vendor¿s truck, the haul away, and the disposal of the old mattress sets. The old mattress sets will be removed and hauled away outside of the Park at the time the new mattress sets are being installed. This acquisition consists of (1) Contract Line Item (CLIN). The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. This project is located at the Great Smoky Mountains NP, multiple location.
