(5) DESCRIPTION: Mattresses must be TWIN EXTRA-LONG 38 in x 80 in x 7 in with a commercial warranty for materials and workmanship, and have the following characteristics: anti-microbial/fungal/bacterial features and be hypoallergenic; impervious to bed bugs; meet fire code CTB 603, CTB 129, and Boston IX-11; have 6 double wire edge supports, lock stitched tape edges, and integrated construction of water repellant cover (not a slip-on/zip-on cover). Contractor shall be responsible for delivery. (6) Specifications are listed in item 5. (7) DELIVERY FOB: 8128 Doolittle Ave (bldg 8128), ELMENDORF AFB, ALASKA 99506. Requested delivery 5 Sep 2006. Customer would like the shipping container dropped off for up to two days to facilitate orderly unloading.
