This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 – Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice and following the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract for this requirement under the Secretary’s Award Ceremony in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
