This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive/responsible quoter who submits the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Contracting Office, located at 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey, 08320 is requesting quotations for a commercial flight-type conveyor dishwasher machine, with delivery and assembly of machine onsite and extended five (5) year warranty included in quote, for the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) located at 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey 08320. SCHEDULE OF ITEMS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 1. STATEMENT OF WORK 1.1 INTRODUCTION The performance called for by this Statement of Work consists of furnishing a new Hobart FTD 900D Series or equivalent; to include optional equipment, technical expertise and labor needed for installation in the food service department of FCI Fairton. 1.2 QUALITY ASSURANCE The work shall be performed by a Supplier/Contractor who regularly engages in the business of the sales, repair and installation of commercial type dish machines. Commercial flight type automatic conveyor dish machine, machine length 25 feet, stainless steel construction, A minimum capacity of 13,400 dishes per hour. Cycles - Pre-wash, wash, rinse and final rinse (180F). Electric booster heater to maintain 180F rinse. Volts - 480v/60hz/3ph single point connection for machine and booster. Left to right hand operation. Security package for a prison environment. Designed with internal controls, safeties and gauges. Designed for energy efficiency. Manufacturer parts and labor warranty included. Total assembly of the dish machine to be included in quote. Contractor is to provided a five (5) year FULL extended warranty to include all parts, labor and services included in quote as a separate line item. 1.5 SCOPE The intent of this statement of work is to describe the performance in which the installation should be accomplished. 1. Provided/contractor will deliver the dish machine to FCI Fairton. 2. Provided/contractor will totally assemble the dish machine in the location as per FCI Fairton. 3. Final electrical, ventilation and water connections will be accomplished by FCI Fairton. 4. Provided/contractor will perform start-up, check out and a brief hands-on operation procedures for the dish machine. 1.6 TERMS 1. All personnel will be required to pass background checks and attend a four (4) hour security training class given at FCI Fairton before entering the institution. 2. Normal work hours shall be Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. *ALL prices must be quoted FOB DESTINATION.
