The 37th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a purchase order to Gaylord Brothers, Inc., on a sole source basis, for wood-shelving for the Lackland AFB, TX Library. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the descretion of the Government. This is an unfunded action as authorized by FAR 52.232-28, Availability of Funds. The anticipated award date is 16 September 05.
