This procurement is a one time delivery order for 1 Cisco brand name CS-ROOM55D-NR-K9 and other associated equipment listed on the attached equipment list. Delivery address is as follows is to a customer located at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti via a stateside consolidation point located within the continental United States. Full address will be provided to the successful offeror after award is made. Award is subject to the terms and condition of the RFQ document, including but not limited to the following: Delivery is required 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) This order is FOB destination. Please provide a copy of your item’s specification sheet. The award will be conducted based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Past performance evaluation will be performed as part of a responsibility determination. All offered items must be brand name specified on attached equipment list. All quotes must be submitted utilizing the attached “Equipment List” spreadsheet. The attached MILSTD129R must be signed and shipping instructions followed.
