(iii) The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-018. (iv) This acquisition is for other than full and open competition to purchase Honeywell Brand Name Replacement Parts. It is open to any dealer that can supply Honeywell parts. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 423720 and the small business standard size is 100 employees. (v) Items: CLIN 0001 Non-Spring return Direct-Coupled Actuator Manufactured Honeywell -Part # ML6984A4000; Quantity of issue - 80 each CLIN 0002 The Round Thermostat Part #T87K1007 (White); Quantity of issue 80 each CLIN 0003 Decorative Cover Plate Wall Mount (White) used with 4EY30, 4EY31 - Part #50000066-001 (vi). These replacement parts are for installation in an existing boiler system that heat to Army Military Family Housing at Fort Richardson. The parts that we are ordering provide thermostat controlled actuator or basically a temperature controlled valve to regulate the amount of that hot water to provide the temperature that the thermostat is set at. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Technical Capability; (ii) Past Performance; (iii) Price. Price when compared to Technical Capability and Past Performance combined is less important. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-- Commercial Items, with their quotes. Offeror shall complete only paragraph (k) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov.
