Mulch: Interested Parties that submit a bid should also submit ASTM Testing results for their planned Mulch. Color should be natural. 2. Site Prep: US Forest Service will remove 3 trees and cut low hanging limbs. Site preparation is responsibility of contractor. Drainage will be a factor in site preparation. US Forest Service will mark where the Forest Service will install a drainage culvert under blacktop after installation of playground. 3. Evaluation Criteria: The provision at 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Items is applicable; evaluation factors are Technical and Price. Technical is slightly more important than Price. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government considering price and non-price related factors. The successful offeror must be Registered in CCR(Central Contractor Registration). 4. Insurance: Contractors will comply with FAR Part 52.228-5 5. Playground must be compliant with the American with Disabilities Act.
