San Luis Transmission Project (SLTP) Title Work

The Western Area Power Administration regions, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA, has a requirement for a San Luis Transmission Project (SLTP) Title Work in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) DE-SOL-0010476 and attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
