23 -- Office Trailer Rental - Anderson Air Force Base, Guam

1.0 Purpose: Special Operations Command, Pacific (SOCPAC) has a requirement to Rent Office Trailers to be located at Anderson Air Force Base, Guam for use during Exercise Tacit Response-05: 2.0 Period of Rental: Office Trailers need to be in-place and fully functional by 1200, 07 SEP 05. Containers will be available for removal 0800, 28 SEP 05. 3.0 Office Trailer Description and Quantity: - Standard “Construction” Style Office Trailers with appropriate electrical outlets and air-conditioning to support 8 personnel with associated computers, printers and other office equipment. - Prefer 8’ x 20’ Trailers, if other sizes are available please list and price by each size. - Quantity required is still being determined anticipate a minimum of four (4) 8’ x 20’ Trailer or equivalents and a maximum of ten (10) 8’ x 20’ Trailer or equivalents. 4.0 Pricing: Quotes should be submitted with all prices in United States Dollars (USD). Price each type of unit separately. Prices shall include all costs per unit and by type of unit including: shipping, ground transportation, set-up, removal, footings, tie downs, and steps.
