THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION. QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A SEPARATE WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services and products: Foreclosure Legal Services and Related Technical Support for the State of Michigan under NAICS 541110. This requirement is a total small business set-aside. The objective is to retain a private attorney or law firm (herein called "contractor") to provide legal services in connection with foreclosures with or without deficiency judgments, Judgments, and/or actions to recover possession related to Section 502 (Single Family Housing) debts to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). All suits will be filed in the State Court for the County where the security property is located, unless specifically directed otherwise. This work is to be performed on cases throughout the State of Michigan. The USDA, Rural Development (RD) anticipates establishing multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) under this solicitation, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
