Asset Track v3 Annual Software License, maintenance, training, and support

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Asset Management International (AMI) for providing AssetTrack v3 Software with user licenses for 50 users. Also, the contractor shall provide installation, configuration and training of AssetTrack software after it is installed into the IRS HP Asset Manager System. This contract for AssetTrack v3 Software licenses is to be awarded on a sole source bases to AMI, as the following circumstances applies: AMI AssetTrack software contains proprietary data configurations and information that is not available from any other source. The Government will award a contract covering 12 months software license agreements and maintenance from the date of contract award in January 2013 expiring December 31, 2013. Contract award is anticipated January 29, 2013. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet these requirements by submitting such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contact. Written responses to this notice must be provided to this office no later than Tuesday, January 29, 2013 by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. It is solely within the discretion of the Government to evaluate your capabilities and to make a determination to compete this contract action.
