Annual Maintenance for Network Integrity Interceptor and American Network Solutions CyberSecure IMS Rel 4

Reference #: N3904016MP60017 The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) intends to issue a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is for the purchase of annual software maintenance/support for Network Integrity Interceptor (1 unit) and American Network Solutions CyberSecure IMS Rel 4 (2 licenses) in support of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation is provided as an attachment to this notice. Please see the attached solicitation and redacted J&A MFR for details and information that must be included with quote. Offerors must fill in blocks 30(a), (b), and (c) on page 1 of the Standard Form (SF) 1449. The CLIN amounts on page 3 also need to be completed, as well as the Contractor POC information on page 5. Please complete the attached solicitation in its entirety and return to [email protected] (618-229-9348) for consideration for award. Responses are due by October 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM CST. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE code, DUNS number, and a point of contact. Also, please provide a copy of your company's commercial price list so the government can justify the prices received are fair and reasonable, as well as determine the discount percentage received. This shall be a firm fixed priced contract. Award shall be made to the lowest cost, technically acceptable offeror(s).
