The Air Force intends to make a contract award for Expert Litigation Support Special Cost Study for Appeal of Parsons Evergreene, LLC before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, ASBCA No. 58634, RE: Temporary Lodging Facility/Visiting Quarters (TLF/VQ) McGuire AFB, NJ on a sole source basis. This notice is for informational purposes only; no formal solicitation will be issued, to the public, as a result of this announcement. The statutory authority for this sole source purchase is Title 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(3)(c) as implemented by FAR 6.302-3 (a)(2)(iii). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
