Through this activity, USAID expects young professionals’ disaster risk management technical skills and analytical capacities will be improved, young professionals’ leadership opportunities will be improved, and the disaster risk management human resources capacity of Ethiopia's disaster risk management institutions including public, private and non-governmental will be strengthened.
