The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking quotation for the services required in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). These services will provide support to coordinate the development of a joint GVN-USAID project. This potential Purchase Order (PO) will be for a firm fixed price contract starting o/a October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2020. This procurement will be conducted under full and open competition procedures, pursuant to Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
