Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Attorney Office for the District of Kansas has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a thirty (30) mile radius from locations listed in the Statement of Work. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; NAICS is 561492 with a size standard 6.5M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA31-8-0172.
