Subject to available funding and program priorities, FAS may provide additional funding to approved program participants through subsequent funding tranches throughout the fiscal year. Such funding will be at FAS’s sole discretion and may be approved for activities that were not proposed in the applicant’s initial application, subject to the appropriate review and approval process. However, any additional funding provided by FAS will be provided in fulfillment of the applicant’s initial program request and will therefore never exceed the total amount requested by the applicant in their initial program application.
