Good Afternoon, The purpose of this Amendment 0006 to Solicitation Number GS-03P-14-QK-C-0026 is to change the Scope of Work. The options for heavy cleaning are no longer part of the Scope of Work. This solicitation is for window washing at the U.S. Courthouse and Moorhead Federal Buildings in Pittsburgh, PA. All proposal revisions are due no later than Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 4:30 PM and must include ALL of the following in order to be accepted: 1. A signed, updated copy of the Standard Form 1449. 2. A signed copy of Amendment 0001. 3. A signed copy of Amendment 0002. 4. A signed copy of Amendment 0003. 5. A signed copy of Amendment 0004. 6. A signed copy of Amendment 0005. 7. A signed copy of Amendment 0006. 8. A price breakdown of how you arrived at your final price. 9. A separate list of 3 projects in similar size and scope. Please include the building name, location, size/number of stories, and 2 points of contact and their telephone numbers who may serve as references for each location. Each project must have been completed within the past 5 years.
