Training and Program Support Service for IHS's Community Health Representative Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS)

8-22-24 - Amendment issued to extend Due date to 08-26-24, 05:00PM est. The purpose of this fixed price purchase order is to secure the services of one (1) contractor to provide a Patient Care Component (PCC) training for Community Health Representatives (CHR), that support the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) CHR PCC system. Contractor will need to conduct quarterly assessments of which Areas are requesting the training and provide culturally-appropriate technical assistance. Please attachment for more details.
