This Solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) is seeking qualified vendors who can provide Podiatry Foot & Ankle Surgery Services at PIMC. Offers must meet the minimum qualifications and/or requirements set forth within the Request for Proposal (RFP) and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in the Scope of Work (SOW). The Government anticipates an award of a Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The Government intends to award one Contract as a result of this solicitation. The solicitation will be available on or about November 13, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The website provides all downloading instructions to obtain a copy of the solicitation. The RFP due date is at 12:00 pm, Phoenix, Arizona Time on November 27, 2013. Late proposals will not be accepted.
