Adams and Associates, Inc., contracting for the U.S. Department of Labor for the operation of the New Hampshire Job Corps Center - a 300 student residential training facility located at 943 Dunbarton Road Manchester, NH 03102 is currently soliciting written bids for Food Service Beverages. All quotes should be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Department by Tuesday, April 5, 2016, by 3:00 p.m. Quotes received after the deadline and/or without all requested documentation applying to your company will not be considered. Vendor is to return written bid with company name at the top of each page, vendor paperwork, and all licenses for doing business in the State of New Hampshire, all employee licenses required for performing work in the state of New Hampshire, Certificate of Liability insurance and list of references if no past experience with Center. The period of performance is April 13, 2016 to March 31, 2017. New Hampshire Job Corps Center does not accept back-orders on food and drinks, all orders will be considered complete upon receipt. The vendor shall obtain and maintain insurance(s) as follows if vendor's employee(s) or agent(s) will be on Center at anytime: • Workers Compensation • Comprehensive General Liability with New Hampshire Job Corps Center listed as additional insured. ($1,000,000 per occurrence). • Comprehensive Automobile Liability ($1,000,000/combined single limit) Project Description: Food Service Beverages. Specific Requirements: The vendor will provide the following products bi-weekly: 6 ea Orange Juice Premium 4+1 6 ea Cranberry Juice 5+1 6 ea Apple Juice 5+1 4 ea Grape 10% 5 +1 6 ea Sport drink 5+1 4 ea Diet Lemonade 5+1 4 ea Diet Iced Tea w/lemon 5+1 • Beverage dispensing equipment. • Quarterly preventative maintenance on said equipment and emergency repair service for said equipment within a 24 hour time frame. • Professional Labels for products in machines. • Beverages within 1 week of the order confirmation from the New Hampshire Job Corps Center or on a bi-weekly delivery date agreed to by both parties. • Must supply manufacturer name and stock number for all items bid on. • Monthly billing invoice itemized by each unit purchased that includes Purchase Order Number, is addressed to "Finance Department" and shows individual lines for each item ordered. [email protected] Center Rules and Requirements Center Regulations: Vendor and his employees shall abide by all of the Center's rules and regulations. There shall be no fraternization between contractor personnel and Job Corps Center students or personnel. The Contractor will be required to follow all Center safety and security requirements including searches entering or leaving the Center. Deliveries: The Contractor shall clear all deliveries with the Center's Security Personnel.
