This Request for Quote (RFQ) is limited to businesses within the Broken Arrow, OK. geographical area. No quotes from firms outside of this area will be considered. This requirement is for to perform necessary mechanical repairs on a 2017 Ford F550 Shuttle Bus (Tag #G320374U, VIN# 1FDAF5GT8HED61132). Description of work includes Repair of all mechanical associated with engine. This requirement is for the purchase and the installation of the 6.7L engine Assembly and required one time use items for a 2017 Ford F550 Shuttle Bus, Vin # 1FDAF5GT8HED61132. See Bill of Materials (BOM) at bottom of document for full list of parts. All equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. All items shall include standard warranty. Repairs will be completed in accordance with industry standards. Vendors shall be in compliance with all EPA and OSHA standards and requirements. MSS and any other required documents must be on site.
