G -- Concessioniare to operate as a Massage Therapist for the Fitness Center

The 82d Contracting Squadron, Sheppard AFB, TX has a requirement for a concessionaire for a Massage Therapist to operate at the Main Fitness Center. A room has been allocated at the Main Fitness Center for the operation of the unit. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, materials, and equipment, trade fixtures, tools of the trade, supplies, and other items and services as required to operate the unit. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812199. The performance period will be for one-year base period, to start on or about 12 July 04, with four one (1) year option periods. The Goverment reserves the right to exercise the options. Proposals are due 18 June 04 at 4:30pm local time.
