Responses need to have three years of service experience with government military institutions. Evaluation factors are organizational business experience in religious matters (20%), assigned personnel qualification and education 35% and cost 45%. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate. This notice is intent for a competitive bid. The government will compete this procurement based on responses to this notice and the discretion of the government.
