Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Government intends to issue a sole source order for this requirement. The provisions and clauses incorporated in this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-09. The USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Service is preparing to issue a sole source order for the following items: Item 1: A quantity of 50 each, Druck Pressure Transducers, Part # PMP 317-8693 (per DWG PMP 317-8693) with a pressure range of 0-100 inches water, gauge; and Item 2: A quantity of 7 each, Druck Pressure Transducers, Part # PMP 317-8693 (per DWG PMP 317-8693) with a pressure range of 0-150 inches water, gauge. The transducers shall be delivered no later than January 2, 2003 to Ron Bush, USDA-NRCS, National Water Climate Center, Electronic Maintenance Facility, USDA-NRCS, 101 SW Main St., Suite 1600, Portland, OR 97204-3225. The manufacturer shall provide its standard commercial warranty for these items. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. There are no addenda to this provision. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items does not apply to this acquisition. The offeror will be required to complete provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, applies. There are no addenda to this provision.
