91--Natural Gas - Fort Harrison

The VA Montana Healthcare System, Fort Harrison, Montana has a requirement for a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, supplies and transportation necessary to deliver Wellhead Natural Gas for the VA Medical Center, Fort Harrison, Montana. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. The Request for Proposal is VA-259-08-RP-0292. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221210 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. Contractor will supply and deliver natural gas to the interconnection(s) of the associated pipeline(s) at the Local Distribution Company (LDC) for re-delivery by the associated LDC to the VA Medical Center in Fort Harrison, MT. Evaluation will be based on price, contractor capability, and past performance. All interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. Contingent upon the availability of the next fiscal years appropriated funds solicitation documents should be available on or about October 10, 2008. The offeror is responsible for downloading the solicitation and amendments without further notice from the VA, and for monitoring the website for up-to-date information.
