Project No. JB-537-09-101 Description: Survey & investigation of existing electric panels, demolition of existing doors, installation of Automatic Door Openers, card readers , door locks , push plates , kick plates , miscellaneous hardware at existing Toilet & entrance doors, at JBVAMC. The purpose of installing these devices is to meet Code requirements and to train VA staff. Scope of work: Contractor shall submit cost proposal for providing labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform, electrical , Architectural work ( minor work) for demolition of existing doors , installation of new door openers, card readers ( to match existing card readers at Hospital) , electrical conduits, electrical wiring ( minimum of #12 gauge), push plates , stainless steel kick plates at doors, locks and latches , door & frame hardware, new doors, as described below:
