This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P17AC01689 with the California State University, Channel Islands, a partner under the Californian Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P13AC00676), for the project titled, "Natural and Cultural Resource-Based Research and Education at Channel Islands National Park."
