This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Cooperative Agreement P17AC01563 with the University of Oregon, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit (Cooperative and Joint Venture Agreement P16AC0003), for the project titled, "Prepare National Register Nomination for Santa Rosa Island Archeological District."
