This hatch is leaking water into the center gallery when the middle spillway tainter gate is operated. Solicitation Number W912P918B0012 will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, competitive procurement, resulting in a Firm Fixed Price Construction Purchase Order for a Period of Performance of approximately 2 months, dependent on weather and water conditions. NAICS code for the work is 238110. The SBA size standard is $15 Million. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) and a public bid opening will be held. The solicitation package will be issued on or about 15 February 2018.
