AMENDMENT 0001 - Issued 7/20/2011 The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to solicitation is to incorporate then following question and official answer into the contract. QUESTION: There is a conflict among the parts list, DVR type, etc. Please clarify. ANSWER: Due to the equipment inconsistencies existing between the Scope of Work and parts list, when creating proposals for this project, please consider only the items listed in the parts list portion of the solicitation. Likewise, if an item listed in the parts list is no longer in production, the next generation upgraded model manufactured by the same company is required and will be the only acceptable substitute. The proposal due date is also hereby extended to Monday, August 1, 2011. No facsimile or emailed proposals will be accepted. If you have already submitted a proposal, please send a new one (even if your price does not change) along with a copy of the attached Amendment 0001.
