The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District intends to issue a sole source purchase order to GE Multilin c/o Levine Lectronics Lectric, Inc., for 4 (four) 10 pole test switch (10 potentials) model # FT-066, 4 (four) 10 pole test switch (4 paired currents & 2 potentials) model # FT-079, 1 (one) T60 relay with 10/100 BaseT & RS485 model #T60-N00-HKH-F8N-H6N-M8L-P6N-U6C-W67 T60, 3(three) G60 relay with 10/100BaseT & RS485 model #G60-N00-HKH-F8N-H6N-M8L-P6N-U6C-W67, and 1 (one) View Point Monitoring for 50 devices model #VP-1-0PC-G1. Levine Lectronics & Lectric, Inc. is the regions authorized distributor to provide the components which must be procured through GE Multilin. The Government intends to procure from only one source in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). Other sources were researched but due to the regional assignment by state they are unable to support this action. This is not a request for proposal. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties that can provide an equal product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements.
