RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER Mechanical Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) N40085-09-D-5341/N40085-09-D-5344/N40085-09-D-5345. The Officer In Charge of Construction, Marine Corps Installations East, Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price task order utilizing Recovery Act of 2009 funding under the Mechanical MACC. Please note that only the small business contractors who have been awarded a Mechanical MACC from the OICC MCI-East Camp Lejeune, NC contracting office are eligible to prepare and submit a proposal for this solicitation. The anticipated scope of work may include, but is not limited to all labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to accomplish complete interior/exterior repairs including new interior layout and finishes, new HVAC, new plumbing, new electrical systems, new sprinkle! r system, new fire alarm system, the removal of lead paint and asbestos and incidental related work for Buildings 205 and 213.
