Window Sealant/Caulking removal and replacement at the exterior window system

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to remove and replace the sealant/ caulking at the exterior window system at one of our office buildings located within American Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium. The estimated linear meters for the replacement of the sealant/caulking is approximately 930 linear meters of windows. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit, and the time and date will be stated in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
