N -- Installation of Furniture

Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center (ARC) intends to award a sole-source to Pioneer Network Inc., 1406 York Road, #202, Lutherville, MD 21093, for installation of a minimum of 119 workstations that are being procured from C Core on their GSA Schedule number GS-29F-0028J. Pioneer Network Inc. is the authorized installer for C Core in West Virginia. The Government also intends to sole-source the non-FSS portion for upcharges/upgrades for this requirement to Pioneer Network Inc. These upcharges/upgrades are an integral part of the requirement and cannot be reasonably separated from this order. The Government intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Installation and non-FSS portion is being solicited and awarded as a commercial item in accordance with FAR 13. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Public Debt will consider written responses received no later than 2:00 p.m. EST January 27, 2006 and must include sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is a certified installer of C Core furniture and can propose on the non-FSS portion of this requirement. If no written response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make a sole-source award to Pioneer Network Inc. No telephone inquires will be accepted.
