N -- Installation of C Core Workstations

Subject to final approval, Bureau of the Public Debt, Administrative Resource Center (ARC) intends to award on a sole-source basis to Pioneer Network, Inc., 1406 New York Road, #202, Lutherville, MD 21093, for installation of a minimum of 56 workstations manufactured by C Core. Pioneer Network, Inc. is the authorized installer for West Virginia. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT IS AVAILABLE. Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 2:00pm EST, October 29, 2004. A request for more information or a copy of the solicitation will not be considered an affirmative response. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient evidence that clearly shows the vendor is a certified installer of C Core furniture. If no affirmative response is received that clearly demonstrates the ability to meet all requirements and that it is more advantageous to the Government, we will make the sole-source award to Pioneer Network, Inc.
