This project is being solicited as a 100 percent Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors. The small business size standard is $12.0 million. There is no requirement that small business firms have NAICS Code 238990 approved by the SBA for use in their business plans. The scope of work is to provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals required to repair roll-up doors at COMNAVMARIANAS Main Base, Guam. The performance period is 150 calendar days from the date of award. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. The electronic solicitation package will be available on-line for release to the general public on or about July 2, 2005; it will be available for download via the Internet World Wide Web at http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. Proposals will be due on or about July 18, 2005 at NAVFAC Marianas at the time specified in the solicitation. All prospective offerors and plan holders must register on E-Solicitation in order to receive a copy of the solicitation and view the Planholder’s list. The official Planholder’s list will be maintained on and can be printed from the website. The Government will NOT provide this information. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the website for any posted changes.
