16--Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Acquisition - Airborne Systems Firefly Canopies

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army Camp Stanley Storage Activity intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Airborne Systems North America of JN Inc., 5800 Magnolia Ave, Pennsauken NJ 08109-1399. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. No solicitation document is available. FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The item to be procured from Airborne Systems is 10 Each Firefly Canopies and 25 Each Harness Assemblies, approved under the DoD 2K JPADS Program.
