A Request for Proposal will be solicited for the Pack, Fireline, Complete; NSN: 8465-01-503-4484. This item shall be manufacturered in accordance with Forest Service Specification 5100-605, Revision A, dated May 19, 2008, Drawing MTDC 996, Revision D, dated April 22, 2008, MTDC Drawing 1072, dated May 2008, and MTDC Drawing 1011, Revision A, dated May 13, 2008. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside for a fixed quantity of 1,800 units to be delivered to Tracy, CA. Three (3) First Article Samples will be a requirement under the award and due 60 days after the date of the award. Award will be based on the lowest priced proposal; past performance will not be considered during evaluations. The solicitation, SPE1C1-15-R-0133 will be issued within the next 7 business days.
