Use of molecular HIV surveillance to identify active HIV transmission networks and implement HIV interventions for Hispanic/Latino men who have sex with men.

This FOA supports demonstration projects by state and local health departments to use molecular HIV surveillance data (i.e., HIV sequences) to pinpoint networks that include Hispanic/Latino MSM in which active HIV transmission is occurring and deliver a combination of high-impact HIV prevention services to persons in the networks.
