Germany 1.8M, Post Camps & Stations (PC&S) Program,Diesel Fuel, Fuel Oil Burner and Gasoline Premium

Description: This acquisition is for the procurement an estimated 18,413,000.000 of commercial grade petroleum fuel products under the DLA Energy Germany PC&S Fuel 1.8M Program to provide ongoing ground fuel support for various locations in Germany over a 3.5 year or 42 months period. The contract period for all fuel requirements awarded under this solicitation will be 1 Febuary 2018 to 31 September 2021. Estimated fuel quantities under this procurement are as follows:DIESEL FUEL, 10 PPM SULFUR (SFD)- EST. 37,445,818 Liters (9,892,139 gallons) FUEL OIL, BURNER OIL #2 (FS2)- EST. 82,572,534 Liters (21,813,356 gallons) GASOLINE, PREM (ULG)- EST. 8,577,022 Liters(2,265,810 gallons) Please note that the estimated quantities provided represent the Government's Best Estimate only.This is an unrestricted procurement with full and open competition. Delivery modes of transportation for all requirements will either be Tank Truck (TT) or Tank Wagon (TW). Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be Requirements Type, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment.
