(Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS, has a requirement to furnish and install specified coating to existing single-ply roofing on Building 1. The work includes pressure washing of membrane; repairing existing flashing and field of roof; and applying single ply primer and high build reflective coating. Manufacturer shall provide a 10-year Quality Assurance Roofing System Restoration Warranty and Maintenance Agreement.
