This posting is to provide public notice of the NPS' intention to fund the following project activities without full and open competition: Task Agreement P16AC01416 under Cooperative Agreement P16AC00003 with the University of Idaho, a partner under the Pacific Northwest Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Unit, for the project titled, "Avian Inventory and Habitat Analysis of the Weippe Prairie, Nez Perce National Historical Park."
