49--Manufacture of three saddle and boom assembly test fixtures

The purpose of this amendment is to revise the SOW, the drawings andthe CDRLs. The due date for all offers is 10 AUG 2011 by COB. Copies ofthe revised drawings will be sent out upon request by encrypted email perinstructions below. End of amendment. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division has a requirement forthe manufacturing of three (3) Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixtures tosupport MNS static and dynamic load testing of the Vehicle Handling System(VHS) onboard Mine Countermeasure (MCM) Avenger Class ships. The successfulofferor shall manufacture three (3) Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixturesin accordance with Top-level Drawing 6744171 (Revised) provided with therequest for quote. Each Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixture shall pass a Government qualityassurance (QA) test at the vendor's facility before being shipped andaccepted. Any deficiencies shall be corrected at the vendor's expenseunless the drawing is in error. The Saddle and Boom Assembly Test Fixturesshall be shipped to Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division.Vendors interested in submitting a proposal to this solicitation must send arequest for the drawings to [email protected]. Drawings will besent out by encrypted email. Requesting vendor must be a U.S. based firmand must supply the following information with the request: Cage Code,address, phone number, POC and email address.
