J--Annual Synopsis of Repair BOA N00104-10-G-A753 for T1302S Gas Turbine, Gas Producer and Power Turbine

This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-10-G-A753 with Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines (USA), Inc., Houston, TX and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2011 Feb 16 thru 2012 Feb 16 for the evaluation and repair of T1302S Gas Turbine, Producer, Power Turbine and Shipping and Storage Container. The following NSNs apply: 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7219 P2, 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7206 P2, 2S 2835-LL-HA3-7207 P2 and 2S 8145-LL-HA3-7436 P2. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3.Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
