J--Annual Synopsis of Repair BOA N00104-12-G-A752 for the Repair of the ETF40B Marine Gas Turbine

This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-12-G-A752 with Vericor Power Systems, Alpharetta GA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVSUP WSS for the period 2012 Nov 30 thru 2013 Nov 30 for the evaluation and repair of the ETF40B Marine Gas Turbine. See attached list of applicable NIINs. Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3. Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVSUP WSS solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
