J--Annual Synopsis/Forecast for NAVICP BOA N00104-07-G-A002 with Vericor Power Systems

This is an annual synopsis of repair basic ordering agreement (BOA) N00104-07-G-A002 with Vericor Power Systems, Alpharetta, GA and serves as the pre-solicitation synopsis for all repair orders issued by the NAVICP for the period 2009 Nov 30 thru 2010 Nov 30 for the evaluation and repair of ETF40B Marine Gas Turbine Engine System, NSN 2S 2835-01-477-2798.Individual orders exceeding $25,000.00 will be synopsized pursuant to FAR subpart 5.3.Orders issued under this BOA and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304 (c)(1) because the Government does not currently possess the data necessary to compete the items solicited hereunder. Guidance in NAVICP solicitation language identified as LA27LN, Alternative Products Offered, applies to companies expressing an interest in supplying these items.
