The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a request for quote oral or written and award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to SBA Structures, Inc to provide Antenna/Repeater Services. SBA Structures provides the highest most secure elevation for antenna lease services not available from any other source for IRS radio communication in Van Buren, AR. The Government will award a 12 month base contract with 4 four 12 –mo option periods. The period of performance will be: May 01, 2012 through April 30, 2017. Contract award is anticipated February 29, 2012. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Submit such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contract. Written response to this notice must be provided no later than February 28, 2012 by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. It is solely within the discretion of the Government to evaluate your capabilities and to make a determination to compete this contract action.
